Our torsion spring snapped first thing in the morning and I couldn't get the car out. I called and a technician was at our place in Old Mountain View within the hour. The final price matched the quote exactly — no surprises. Friendly and fast.
We replaced two aging garage doors at our home in Cuesta Park and the whole experience was excellent. They walked us through the style and insulation options without any pressure, and the install was clean and precise.
Our LiftMaster opener started behaving strangely — reversing for no reason. The tech diagnosed a logic-board issue at our place in Sunnyvale and had it sorted in about 40 minutes. Very knowledgeable.
Our door came off the track on a Sunday and I figured we'd be stuck for days. Someone actually answered the phone at 9pm, and a technician came out to Los Altos and re-aligned everything safely. Lifesavers.
Had the cables and rollers replaced after years of wear. The technician who came to Palo Alto was clean, organized and respectful of the house. Door is quieter than it's been in years. Highly recommend.
We had a new carriage-style door installed on an older home in Whisman. They helped us pick the right hardware and finish, and the curb appeal is fantastic now. Professional from quote to cleanup.
